The House

"Palazzetta" is a four-apartment holiday home, located within easy walking distance of the medieval Umbrian village of Paciano (considered among the "most beautiful villages of Italy") and its excellent restaurants, coffee bars and other facilities.

The four apartments, each of which has a private entrance, are: Cilegio (up to 8 guests), Vite (up to 4 guests), Olivo (up to 4 guests) and Noce (up to 6 guests). Each apartment has WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, oven and dishwasher) and a washing machine, as well as a private outdoor eating area with table, chairs and an umbrella for shade.

A private 6x12m swimming pool on the grounds is available for the exclusive use of our guests.

The apartments are immersed in nature on a one hectare estate of olive groves and fruit trees. There are beautiful views over Paciano and the countryside around the ancient hill towns of Città della Pieve and Chiusi and the more distant Cortona and Montepulciano, as well as the Lake and its islands.

In addition to the numerous structures equipped with swimming pools, in Paciano there are structures open to the public for tennis, sport fishing, horse riding and soccer. There are also marked trails for trekking and mountain biking, even with e-bikes

CENTRAL POINT OF THE TRASIMENO AREA

Paciano is located in the central point for visiting the villages of the Lake Trasimeno area. Panicale, Città della Pieve, Piegaro and Castiglione del Lago are easily reachable a few kilometers away

BETWEEN UMBRIA AND TUSCANY

Paciano is located halfway between Perugia, Assisi and Sienese Tuscany, the Val d'Orcia and Monte Amiata. Choosing Paciano means being able to organize visits to these territories which can be reached in less than an hour
